桑金燕博士毕业于华中科技大学管理学院管理科学与工程专业，一直致力于交通基础设施投资决策、交通经济、交通运筹与优化等方向的相关研究。攻读博士期间在李志纯教授的指导下，作为成员参与了国家自然科学基金重大项目“新型城镇化导向下的城市群综合交通系统管理理论与方法”（批准号71890970/71890974）和国家杰出青年基金项目“交通基础设施投资与交通需求管理”（批准号：71525003），培养了从实际案例中提炼出管理问题并给予科学解决的能力。 代表作及奖励如下： [1] Sang Jin Yan, Li Zhi Chun *, Lam W H K, Wong S C.
